Roz Stendahl's workshop!

Don't forget, Roz's free Strathmore journaling workshop starts May 1!  I think you need to go here first, to register:  http://www.strathmoreartist.com/vjworkshop2011.html

As noted, she has a workshop blog, HERE, and it's going to be a lot of fun.

See you there!.

  4. Kate, thanks for the workshop reminder! And for listing the link people can go to sign up. I just want to add that the process is quick and of course free. Besides having access to my workshop, which went live last night (Saturday, April 30) you'll be able to access the workshops of the other two instructors. (All the workshops will be up until August 2011.)

As well as a video lesson there are handouts with each video, which you can download.

Also, as a registered student Sandra, you'll have access to a group blog, message boards, and all sorts of other features that will enable you to share your work and view the work of other students. It's pretty cool. I hope you'll go and sign up.

Just a heads up, since Sketch Gurl wrote that she was having problems. I don't know what problems you were having signing up but I do know that some people using Internet Explorer had some sort of difficulty and if you are using IE you might want to try another browser such as Foxfire.

If you are still having difficulties signing in go to http://www.strathmoreartist.com/contact.html
on the Strathmore site and send them a message with a clear description of your problem. They have technical people who will work out the difficulty. Strathmore has been fabulous about setting up this network and making it accessible.

I hope you enjoy the workshop. There are 4 lessons in it and each will be put out one week apart, and all of the lessons can be worked at whatever pace you like. And after all the lessons are posted (end of May) they will still be available for viewing until August.

  5. I had no problem entering through the link above and I use IE. Maybe it was just a downtime for the site or something.
